In this training, participants will develop a strong foundation in emotional literacy the ability to recognize, name, understand, and regulate emotions with clarity and confidence.
They will explore why emotional awareness matters, while breaking common stigmas around emotions and learning where emotions truly come from, including the connection between thoughts, experiences, and internal states.
The program covers:
Building a rich emotional vocabulary, including the six core emotions and the use of the emotions wheel
Understanding emotional patterns through emotional zones and mood mapping tools
How emotions are stored in the body, and their link to stress responses and nervous system activation

A practical, science based training on how stress works in the brain and body, how to recognize stress responses, and how to regulate them effectively.
During this training, participants will gain a deep and practical understanding of stress how it starts, how it evolves, and how to manage it effectively.
They will explore different types of stress and the stress cycle, including how stress responses can be both adaptive and harmful. The program dives into the impact of stress on the body, brain, and gut, helping participants understand the science behind what they feel and experience.
