  • In this training, participants will develop a strong foundation in emotional literacy the ability to recognize, name, understand, and regulate emotions with clarity and confidence.

    They will explore why emotional awareness matters, while breaking common stigmas around emotions and learning where emotions truly come from, including the connection between thoughts, experiences, and internal states.

    The program covers:

    • Building a rich emotional vocabulary, including the six core emotions and the use of the emotions wheel

    • Understanding emotional patterns through emotional zones and mood mapping tools

    • How emotions are stored in the body, and their link to stress responses and nervous system activation
